My QA360LE was stolen, moved on to AK SP1000M then Sony ZX507. The QLS was still the cleanest sounding of them, although I enjoy the sound of ZX507 the most. The AK is a waste of money. I'd like to try QA361 but can't justify the spending when I'm happy with the Sony.

it does support 256GB SD Cards. I don't have m4a files, so can't answer that one.

QA360 behaves weird. After turning it on no buttons are responsive. It just plays songs. I tried different formats with no luck. Any suggestions?

Is the lock switched to off? Sorry, dumb suggestion but I’ve made that mistake before.

It's not a dumb question. It's me who is dumb. Of course, the lock was on. Before finding it out I formatted all the SD cards into FAT32, tried all possible compression formats. Tried a card with only one song on it, etc. And then I saw the lock was on.
BTW, is there a reset button/whole? There is one near the power button, but it seems there's nothing inside as a needle goes freely thru and nothing happens.

I hope you turned the charging option off when connected to AC, nice little feature to keep battery in good shape.

I have a question. A couple of weeks I've had the green light on while charging from a fully discharged battery. The Charging switch is set on OFF position. That was different previously. I mean the the indicating light was RED.
Is it the battery controller which is faulty or the dying battery? Any means to fix that?

Thanks for reply. Battery life is 14-15 hour at new pcb versiyon and the device has not heat up. What is level volume that you listen to ckr10? I'm at 90-95 volume unit with my dunu iem.

Do you know where I can buy the battery for QLS 360?
