It used to, but they changed it, and now you have to buy it seperately, for $35-50 depending on the seller.

There are two versions, one with cinch, and one with XLR + cinch. You will have to pay an extra cost for the XLR connectors (those are quite expensive, btw). An atached image of the side of my RME Digi 96/8 PAD box. The Cinch / Cinch + XLR is just indicated by a sticker.

Thanks, I have searched some more seen the xlr cable sold seperately for about 20 euro's, the store I get the card from does not sell the cable so I have to order that from another...

P.S. I bet I get weird looks from the mailman soon because I have about 20 (!!!!) items shipping to me, ordered within 2 - 3 days

XLR ? does this mean the RME digi96/8 PAD has balanced analog output? I thought it only had unbalanced analog output.

No, the XLR is for balanced DIGITAL output, aka AES/EBU.
