PX100 Appreciation Thread!! Yeah Baby !!

I love my PX100's, I am listening to them as I type this.

I am about 100 hours in now and they are still getting better.

Despite being entrirely happy with my PX100s I am considering supplementing them with a pair of KSC-75s, I guess this place does those kind of things to you. I suspect it will only get worse!

Incidentally, this side of the Atlantic the PX100's are only marginally more expensive than the KSC-75s which might be why I have held off until now.

I own K81DJ, MX550, K26p: I love the K81DJ (really love them), but I wouldn't define them "portable", the MX550 sound ugly in my head and even if I like the K26P (same sounds signature as the K27i) I found myself always using the PX100, just to preserve my ears

So it seems like you already knew the answer

The MX550 is said to sound worse than the MX450 which sounds pretty good for an earbud to me. The MX500 White is new, and my prediction is that it may be the better earbud available from Senn. What Hi-Fi liked it a lot

And if you like that type of earphone, don't overlook the PX10. Sounds better than the MX450 to me, and is extremely comfortable.

Back to PX100 appreciation now

Sorry, a bit off topic, but are the px100's with the new drivers still good?

And is it worth getting the hd414 pads if I can't get them cheaper as 10 euro's (11 dollars)

Thinking of getting those with my rio carbon...

Definitely yes on the first question, probably yes on the second.

After a promotional discount I got my PX100 for 18 bucks, so yes, I appreciate them very much! So much sound for such a small, light-weight can

I use them mainly as my "dog walking" rig and playing PS2. Insert PX 100 smile here.
