px 200 VS. porta pro

what does everyone think? im looking for portability and foremost, sound quality. i'm under the impression that the px 200's are the better pair although i dont know the specific's (music style, etc). im into dance and looking for some great basss. if anyone has any other idea's dont hesitate to say so.

I prefer the PX100 to the PX200, and I prefer the Portapro to the PX100

Forget the PX200 and go for the Portas.

Do you want any isolation? How about leakage? Sound wise it sounds like porta-pro is the way to go. But if you want to muffle outside noises or prevent everyone around you from hearing your music then maybe the closed PX200s are the way to go vs the open porta-pros.

I have both. The PX 200's pretty much disgust me and are collecting dust ATM. Not sure of why, but when I first got them, I thought they were great. The PP's are more fun to listen to and are more evenly balanced, but offer no isolation. The PX's offer a bit of isolation, but lack any mid range depth at all, which after comparing to slightly better cans, make you just go..."eeew, ugly".
