PX-200 deal on Ecost

Should I buy this? My KSC-35s are broken and I need to send them to Koss to see if the warranty kicks in...
But I want something more durable. These look more durable. Are they more durable?

Actually, I find them decently comfortable, even for long listening sessions.

The PX200's are more durable. They're very nicely designed. They're a bit of a step down from the 35's though in the sound department.

Looks like ecost sold out of them at 29.99... but now they have 534 of them at...... $35.99. So if you really wanted to save $6, then your chance is over. They'd be right around $40 shipped if you choose the cheapest shipping method, which is a pretty average price on them nowadays, right?

AIM9X, let me know if you want to get rid of that pair of yours...

I received your PMs. If I decide to sell the cans, I will PM both you (appar)and Pennylane. Penny gets first dibs due to being the first to contact me.

As of 11:15PM West Coast time, the PX200 is still at $29.99 will 44 pairs left at ecost.com.

No e-mail from J&R yet. Most likely they will respond tomorrow morning, at which time I will update everyone from work.

Wow thats an amazing offer.. I picked up my PX100s at EUR33.99 the other day (PX200s were EUR45.99) in duty free in Amsterdam airport.. if only I had money left for the PX200s (PX100s are grand, but not as good as I had expected)... as a comparison they retail at 50 and 60 respectively in a local electronic shop.

Looks like it took ecost a few minutes to "replenish" the 29.99 price, and when I pulled them up it bumped them up to 35.99--- I just checked and its back down to 29.99--- whoo hoo!

Well at least there should be no shortage of reviews in the near future. At this price I picked up a pair as well, you never know when you might need an extra pair of headphones.
