Yes, they closed up shop a couple years ago. They didn't go belly up, but simply produced a couple runs of amps then decided to stop after that. They did mention that they may come back in the future with something bigger, but who knows.
For what it's worth, I've heard their KICAS amps on a couple occasions and thought they were very nice.
