Hi there,
I had to open my i-20 ... I had it since Christmas, using it with an Ipad1
Today I wasnt able to plug it on the i-20 cause the pin (dock) was not enough "high" to be accessible.
so that I had to open and check what happened
after removing 6 screws under the pad (down) and 4 little screws on the rear, I saw that a little screw (that is there to fix the dongle pin) was totally out ... (there are two, one on each side)
I tried to fix that, but the screw was turning with no end ... I had some loctite (kind of glue for screw) to fix it and I pray that it will stay in place
During that work I took a picture that I will try to put it
if any engineer can tell what is inside and the quality of the elecronic it would be nice
