Carbon Based Lifeforms - World of Sleepers [maybe not very psychedelic, but chill anyway)
Ascoil Sun - Swallowed Sun
 
Not strictly psybient, but I hope you enjoy some of them

Man, Carbon Based Lifeforms, both World of Sleepers and Interloper, are amazing albums. Not terribly less psych, more ambience, but definitely worth a listen.
 
 If you like more in that same vein, give Solar Fields and HUVA Network a shot as well.
