PSP or DS for RPGs

Out of all the current portable and home systems, the DS has the widest selection of RPGs. I recommend that you get one down the line. And please don't pirate; hurting these game developers is a pretty crappy thing to do.

But since you have the PSP now, get Crisis Core, Jeanne D'arc, Final Fantasy Tactics. And keep an eye out for Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep. These games are terrifically fun or look very promising.

The new PSP has an amazing screen so that's a plus. The good thing is Puzzle Quest is available for both DS and PSP

I have both so, I'm of the opinion to get both, best of both worlds...

I still have both my DS and PSP. As for rpgs, like most of the people here said, i agree there are better rpgs in the DS. But if you want to emulate games, PSP has better emulation than the DS.

Disgaea 1 for the psp is also a beautiful game that I doubt the DS version will compete well with. Console strategy rpgs are perfect for handheld gaming. With sleep-mode and quick resuming on the psp, can you imagine how much time I allowed myself in that game's itemworld? hehe, a 100-hundred lvl dungeon is nothing when you got all the time in the world to resume it! Console version would have to be left one over-night for a week to do that. xD

DS has many gems of its own, like the recent The World Ends with You boy is that game innovative and amazing.
