very very confused

I'm looking into getting this battery pack:

but the problem I am facing now is the inconsistent info on them. here is what I found out about them:

1) some said that they hold only 1800mAh charge (including lik sang)
2) some said that they hold 3800mAh charge alone
3) some said that they hold UP TO 3800mah charge (when used with psp original battery)

(3.7V output? it's suppose to be 5v)

there is one listing that is even more horrible...they said it holds 3800mah, last 10 hours for normal use.....then at anotehr part of their listing...they said the battery pack last only 4 hours with normal use

I pmed 3 different sellers and they all said 3800mah charged alone...but I'm very skeptical about that due to all the fragmented info. I am deciding whether to take the risk to get them, got buy a 4 X AA battery holder from ratshack and slap 4 X 2500mah batt in it...

I'd really appreaciate if someone who has experience with this battery pack could shed some light on this. thanks.
