I also see people replacing the fuse. stupid. They use an "Audiophile" fuse stock. Almost everyone that took off the top had damaged the top itself. I really do not care to do that and am leaving the top on for the foreseeable future. In fact for now I have left the plastic on until it is situated. Did not use Cotton gloves. That is Anal. You remove the top part from the bottom with thread screws.
You put the thread screws into the 4 slots on the bottom that hold the top in place & then you push the DAC down & that pops up the top part. There is a video of Ted doing this.
