[State Of Trance]

Right now I've got a Fiio E10K and a pair of Audio Technica ATH M50x's. The fact that those cans have no mic is not a problem since I'm gaming on my laptop. But what if I get a PS4 in a few months? Can I set things up where I've got a separate mic for chatting and use the Astro MixAmp and M50x's for audio? For example, could I have a cheap random mic plugged into the controller but set the PS4 to output all sound including chat to my headphones, which in the MixAmp's case, would be coming out of the optical on the back of the console? Or maybe a USB mic?
