I was wondering if there was a simple way to know if you listen to music to loud.
Like an app or website that can give more insight.

Basic research tells me that anything above 85db over a long period of time can damage your hearing but its kind of hard to translate that to real life use.

Any suggestions?

Use a microphone and measure the DB you listen at?

Same way people take FR measurements but instead of graphing the output you are only looking to see what the volume on the music you listen to is.

You'll want to do a IEM or headphone measuring setup to get a good measurement of what is reaching your ears.

Like a vinyl tube to hold the IEM on one side and the mic on the other to act like the ear canal. For headphones look at DIY measurement setups (as simple as a cardboard box, foam, tape and the microphone).
