Does anyone have any suggestions for a good program to do this?

FlashShuffler is okay, but I find that it often copies files that it used recently. This is despite being set to use 100% new files on each copy. I emailed the developer about this but haven't heard back. Maybe the % new files feature works only if FlashShuffler can also delete files from the player before starting. I think it would make more sense to have a little database or something keeping track of what was put on recently to avoid copying the same file in recent uses.

I've also tried MP3 Randomizer. In a few uses of it, it seems to get at some tracks that FlashShuffler didn't. But it too appears to copy over files that were recently used.

I suppose by definition of "random", a copying program will from time to time copy over files it has used recently. But I think what people actually want with a "randomizer" is for files to be copied over at random with the condition that the entire collection will be selected from before any track is copied over twice.
