I'm considering AKG 324 or Sennheiser CX95
for listening on ipod nano 3g, mostly prog rock.

I am used to koss porta pro + audigy 2 zs. I would like something close to it.
Also, I'd like to avoid echo and bad soundstage. I tried Sparkplug, and frankly I rather don't listen at all than that.

Which one of the two do you recommend?

Other option is Denon 551.
Prices for me are approx 30E akg, 50E CX95, 70E denon.

And btw, cresyn lmx 630 is here (Hungary) for 7E. Are they any good? How do they compare to the above models.

and anyone knows how AKG k 330, 340, and 370 are?

I could get them for 45-70E

K340 have impedance 16 Ohm, K370 32 Ohm. What difference it makes? I gather that higher impedance should reduce hiss, but what are the downsides?

You should be able to hunt down Denon C751 on british eBay. They're very often below 70E.
If eBay is not an option, go for C551. Very nice for prog, especially when you have such bright and bass-shy source like Nano 3g.
