What TV do you have? If you don't want to tell me, I can't look up specifics about it and possibly help with seeing what picture settings it has for Dolby Vision. So we'll just have to leave it there. If you enjoy the settings for your TV, great. The only thing I ask is that you don't generalize with others how HDR10 or Dolby Vision looks, when we have different picture settings (and some have gone through full video calibrations).
Edit to your edit on TV. OK, looking up Hisense 8K on rtings (they're a good site for reviews and TV settings), they indicate that picture modes change between HDR or Dolby Vision content (and they give their recommended picture settings).

There are some models that let you disable the Dolby logo when a Dolby video first starts
