when I first use my new complies they were super soft and "recover" very slowly after squeezing them
but after using it for a week, the comply "recover" so fast that I cannot insert them into my ears properly
I store them in my bag together with a bottle of hot water
they also lost their softness after placing it beside my hot water bottle for a while, other than that they are still relative soft but does not feels like before
so do high temperature causes the comply to spoil?
or because of other reason?
And is there a way to get them back to their original state or prevent such thing to happen?

They are design to get super soft at body temp.  So it makes sense that if they are next to hot water they will be soft and fully expanded before you are able to compress and insert.... If storing them away from the the hot water... They will soften inside the ear... As designed... Lets us know if this helps... Also use our cleaning instructions to help remover ear wax to prolong life.
