problems reinstalling drivers for NJB3

my c drive was getting clogged up

so i decided to uninstall NJB3 drivers and software

and reinstall on my d drive

but "an error occurred while setting up the driver" appeared

have tried deleting directories related to creative and reinstalling, but to no avail

have emailed creative technical support, they've been prompt in replying, but solutions offered have not solved the problem....

any help?
