Hey everyone,

I recently purchased a UE4 pro custom earphone. Everything was great until the cable went from silver to greenish...

I wonder if anyone else is experiencing this issue, I tried to contact UE but hasn't get through to them. still trying..

pretty much thats a known issue for clear/silver cables.

well, I thought it should at least last for like a year before it turns greenish hey...In just a week, it kind of tells me something about the quality... I mean it costs a lot even just to buy it separate, and who wants to buy a green cable..

UE agreed to replace the cable, great company.
