on my new non-DAB D2, I am having an issue, where the tagging and album art sometimes don't show up for anything, so it just says unknown for all the albums and files. Then sometimes it shows up if I turn off the player and turn it back on again. Any ideas?

now all the music is showing up as unknown, and I can't seem to get the filenames/artwork to show by turning the player on and off. All the files are there and will play, but just no tags. If I go to folders on the player, the folders for the muisc, with the folder names appear, but if you go into a folder on the player, it doesn't show any filenames. I don't know how to sort this.
