Problem With New USB DAC/Amp

My ibasso D7 "sidewinder" arrived today.  My laptop recognizes it as XMOS USB Audio 2.0 but as it installs the driver software it stops suddenly after about fifteen seconds and tells me the installation is incomplete error 10.  Your thoughts please?

Try rebooting your computer and using another USB port.

My apaologies.  I noticed ibasso has the D7 driver software as a RAR download on their site.  *bangs head against computer desk*
