So a couple months ago I decided I wanted a pair of high quality headphones and after some research the Ultrasone HFI-580's seemed to be right in my budget and everything I wanted. So I bought them and after they burned in they really were everything I wanted. The bass was excellent and everything was clear and well balanced. Though recently when I listen to a bas boosted song (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dpiQ1PfIMaE&list=FLL0Mx7NEZol2ntOydhHujEw&index=15&feature=plpp_video such as this one) the bass is not there and everything sounds very screechy. And on pretty much everythning else I listen to (basically every genre except for Pop and COuntry) sounds great but the Bass is not there at all. Is it a defective pair? Is this normal for the HFI-580's to die after several hundred hours of listening? Because if so I'll be pretty pissed. I dropped $130 for them and expect quality. Someone please help me.
