When I'm listening to my grado's, sometimes I lose certain parts of the audio (like when you pull out the audio plug halfway out).

I can get it back if I hold the end of the wire at an angle. What do I do?

Contact Grado and they will fix them. My 80s shorted out at the wire on one of the cans, and I just sent them to Grado (not even a request for a receipt) and they fixed them and sent them back, no charge. Just Google their site, and give them a call. Great CS.
