When i couple my ipod video and my ibasso D3 with a Qables performance line LOD, the audio gets muffled, i lose the vocals and only hear certain parts of the music, however when im touching both the amp and ipod the audio returns to normal. Anything I can do?

Sound like some short in the pins. When you bend the wire, the pins touch together and cause some short. Best way is to contact Hans for a repair/replacement.

yeah i'd contact hans; hes great with returns there wont be an issue. yes sounds like a short or actually to me it sounds like the ground channel is damaged because it works when you ground it by touching both devices

Thanks for the swift replied, i thought it was a grounding issue myself. I contacted WiplashAudio since thats who I bought the Qable from.Cheers.
