i think u need to find someone pro.i remember last time i open a old philips pcdp,try to fix it as the same problem as yours(by increasing power of lens),then i fail,it dies......so be careful if DIY,specially with some really great vintage like Az6819

i have a old philips cd10,it skips too.i 'm lokking for someone to fix it too
