Has anyone tried the PrimaLuna Prologue One or Two integrated tube amp with the AKG K1000's? I'm looking for a tube amp to drive the K1000's besides the RKV mkII. Budget is under $1500. Any suggestions? Thanks.

You shouuld try looking for the amps branded as Cayin or Spark. Because Spark OEM for Cayin and Primalune Prologue. They are all identical in circuite except for the auto biasing and caseing. Also the newer Cayin A50-T has the bias points on the top of the chassis so you don't have to fiip the amp over.
I just recently purchased the Cayin A50-T and its an excellent amp.
