Bah, I have the UE already. Really, it's like the 650 and 701 headphones; different styles for different tastes. But UE arguably has the best customer support, so... =P

That is definately arguable!

I am not saying anything bad about UE, but I don't see how Shure's customer service could be beat...



EDIT: To get back at the question of this topic... I'd say around $100 :S

I owned both Ultimate Ears and Shure, and I can attest to Shure's excellent customer service. I had to return their products twice, and it was no hassle. Their main rep joked over the phone with me when I inquired about returning my phones, and then when I met him at their headquarters, he was just as nice then.

indeed I'm going to join a competition held by e-bay. It's for all universities in Hong Kong. And the aim is to obtain the higest transaction (price). So I'm going to sell some IEM at the price lower than the market one. So I wanna get some information from you guys
