[Cousin Patty]

Ive tried listening to some of the samples for the soundtrack that are on cdnow but cant seem to find one that sounds like the song in the movie. The part Im talking about (for those familiar with the movie) is when whats her face Molly Ringwald is making the dress for the prom. Its towards the end of the movie. Anybody know who plays this catchy tune and what its called?

I remember when this movie was in the theaters and my GF at the time had called me to tell me she had just seen it with her friends...and how funny it was. "Today's your Birthday" lol...err, guess you had to be there.

anyway, decent song. i mostly just really like the beginning. song kind of wanders off after a little while after that.
