Greetings Head-Fi,

Christmas is coming and I was thinking about buying a pair of earphones for my gf. She fancies the sound of my HD-25 II and V-Moda M-100, but she kept on saying how she misses her broken Bose (I am sorry, I have no idea about the model but I think they came at around $80).
I'm looking to buy a new pair of good quality earphones with a soundprint similar to Bose's (someone suggested me Shure?). My gf isn't an audiophile, and she listens to mostly pop and k-pop, which is dance-y. My budget is around $100.

Thank you in advance for your kind replies.

EDIT: It may be useful to mention that I live in Japan.

sorry, I was sleepy and did not read properly.
Have you looked at sennheiser CX 500 II. I have a pair of CX 550 and I love it.

Bumping the thread. I've searched for the Senn CX 500 or 550 but both seem difficult to find around this part of the globe (let alone version II).

I've read very good reviews on the Shure SE215: thoughts? Are the Special Edition (7-10 bucks pricier) worth it?
