After making lots of searches, I found premium quality RCA using siler core, and premium quality XLR plugs, using solid copper or solid silver pins.
I also found good level TRS jack plugs, especially the oyaide silver-rhodium plated ones.
But...
Absolutely no premium TRRS jack sockets, either 2.5mm or 3.5mm, only magnetic core steel or average brass, nickel then roughly gold plated stuff.
It seems the best available stuff is the 2.5mm eidolic one.
Before trying to machine some plugs by myself on a lathe, I would try to get some existing plugs, I mean, high conductivity copper or silver alloy, silver plated, and rhodium finish if possible.
If someone has some ideas about what to find and where, please let me know!
