The discount ended yesterday and I meant to pre-order it. Did anyone pre-order it and decide that they no longer want it? I was hoping to get Windows 7 Pro Upgrade for the pre-order price of $99.99.

There probably won't be many who preordered it and decide they don't want it already. Probably around the time it's released there will be quite a few up for sale on craigslist and the like at reduced prices because some people have ordered more than one so they can sell for profit.

Not me, not this time around. I'm going to wait this one out till full release and then some, but you might be able to find some pre-orders on eBay.

if you are using external DAC or USB audio codec, may try the RC version 1st before you pre-order. I encountered glitch/distort/jitter sound from time to time when the windows 7 is writing data. either 64 or 32 bits are the same.
