Powering a WBA headphone amp

Greetings

I have a spare super cascode so that I can now power each channel separately. I am unclear from the documentation whether I use +/-12V (and 0) or +/- 24V (0) to P3 instead of +/- 24Vto P4.

I meant a WNA amp
