The Carrera GT works. Personally I'm more of a sedan kind of guy though...

whats people's obsession with old and vintage cars?

1) Even though they may look "cool" on the outside, the interiors are often uncomfortable and gross
2) They need to be maintained more
3) Don't have many advanced safety features...
4) etc...

Agree with everything else (bring 'em back to concours and they are GOOD AS USED), but this one: ROFLMFAO! Safety?! How about the driver's ability to get out of the way?!?!

pure horsepower,enough to make many here pee themselves,style,nothing under the hood but engine instead of power robbing anti-pollution devices,easily "tuned" by an actual human for a targeted perfrormance curve instead of by a "chip" making the decisions for you,the ability to modify both the body (metal not plastic) and the drive train,style and as for comfort,obviously you are going by family station wagon stadards because all the vintage cars I ever owned were nothing but confortable with actual leather bucket seats,wood inlaid dash panels when they were not racing aluminum custom jobs,acutral usable stick shift that fits the hand at speed instead of some artist "idea" of what works............................

the pics do not do the ride justice plus mine had some modifications (340 heads,carter AFB carbs on an edelbrock,heddmans,270 camed,long tail tranny,sure grip,Cragar SS mags,corvette White #5 paint

)

still miss it and thinking about another corner to corner rocket with style
