No I just saw ff5 and I like the Russian poster. My copy of the movie had the characters introduced with writing on the screen when they first came on screen. I think I saw the Russian copy dubbed into English.

It's a program called DeskScapes. It's a part of Stardock's Object Desktop.  I don't think I'll ever go back to a static desktop again after being spoiled with this.
