. The HDs are multiple sized because they're relatively new so I had them moved over from my old comp to my new one. I also installed another gb of ram after some suggestions that it wasn't enough, so I'll update the picture whenever I'm not lazy, hopefully I'll get a new graphics card by the end of the summer too, but for now this is my new baby. Here're the specs:

-Themaltake Kandolf
-Windows XP Pro
-Asus P5WD2 Premium
-3.8ghz Pentium 4 HT
-37gb Western Digital 10,000 rpm Raptor Sata(OS Drive)
-200gb Seagate 7200 rpm Barracuda (Music)
-175gb Western Digital 7200 rpm (Video)
-120gb Seagate 7200 rpm (Photos)
-40gb Seagate 7200 rpm Barracuda (Main Backup)
-Coolmax 550W Silent Fan Power Supply
-3gb PC4200 Ram (3, 1gb Dinns)
-Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy 2ZS Platinum Pro
-NVIDIA Geforce 6600

Heh, you have a mix of hd's like me. Out of curiousity, do you think that seagate really is more quiet then WD? I have a 250 gige wd sata drive, and 1 7200.9 250 gige seagate sata, and 1 7200.9 300 gb 16 mb cache seagate. I seriously think they are equally as loud when in seek.

Oh well, I'm going to remove my 200 gb drive in my enclosure (IDE) and add that into my rig (probably buy a bigger external) and also going to add either a 36 or 74 or 146 gige raptor (not sure yet, Im hoping they come out with a new 36.) I'll have 1 terabyte of interal storage for lossless

. Those darn dvd-a rips take up too much space

That's actually a really nice build. What nforce 4 sli board? And what power supply? Also, what are the specifics on the gskill ram? Gskill makes some really sweet overclocking ram.

BTW, I would seriously recommend an x-fi, I have one now (might return it and go for an e-mu, or a higher end x-fi.)

I just update my bios to the latest official, which came out in the beginning of April. This is actually the same setup thats on the first page, but I'm installing water cooling right now. Its taking me a really long time to get this stuff installed though. Just one little thing after another that I have to deal with.

It's just the Nvidia nForce 4 SLi, supports both amd and intel. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231021
There's my Gskill stuff, it's awesome. As for my power supply, I kinda skimped because I will get a better one later. I have a soly tech 460W supply. Seems to run everything just fine though.

More than 4 years since the last post...

and why do you have so many laser printers?? I can see at least 4.

I didn't realize that it was 4 years since the last post :)  I'm only using the Samsung right now since it works no problem with Macs and PC's. Plus it's networked to other computers in the house.  The Color LaserJet 1600 will only work with my PC since there are no drivers for the Mac. I don't print much in color so it doesn't get much use. The LaserJet 2200 is basically a backup printer. The other printer is a Brother fax machine.
