Luna, my computer.

Toshiba Satellite P35-S609
Pentium 4 at 3.20 GHz
80GB HDD, 4200 rpm
512 MB RAM
17" screen with an ATI Mobility 9000 IGP video card

It overheats like crazy and it has 9 dead pixels, but I still <3 it.

Back when I was hardcore overclocking I had a 4' watertower (bong) cooled system - I even held the fastest AMD SETI crunch time for a moment on Overclockers.com and had one of the biggest overclocks on an XP-1600 that wasn't phase cooled.

bong1.jpg

Then it became too much of a hassle so I moved to an external heatercore cooling box w/ dual 120mm fans.

Then that was a hassle so I did an internal heatercore setup with one 120mm fan instead of dual, then I said, "ffff it" and went back to air and started going down the silent PC route.

I haven't been spending much time on this one, though; my laptop is just so much more convenient. I'll take some pictures of that later, maybe.

The Laptop is a simple Thinkpad A21m - 14" Screen, 800Mhz P3, 256MB RAM, 20GB HD - But it does everything I want it to and for $135 you can't beat it. Runs Gentoo Linux. I also keep a logitech MX510 attached to it, as well as (usually) my Ety er6i, which in that pic are in storage in their Altoids tin (barely visible behind the 580s)

The Desktop:

Abit NF7
AMD Athlon XP 2500+ @ 3200+ (2.2Ghz)
1GB Corsair PC3200 Value DDRAM
160GB WD HD
250GB Maxtor HD
16X NEC DVD-RW
GeForce 6800 w/ 4 Extra Pixel Pipelines unlocked, OCed to 324/725
Audigy 2 ZS Platinum (Actually, I bought the 2 ZS, then a guy sold me the front panel for $15 and I couldn't resist). Dual-Boots Gentoo and XP Pro, but it's most often in Gentoo (and is in that pic).
Microsoft Natural 4000 Keyboard
Logitech MX1000
Senn HD-580 (Haven't had speakers hooked up to it in over a year)

Here's my current rig. Newly built, with a temporary x600 in there. I bought a 6800GS from EVGA, but it came in dead, and now it's a holiday week, so I'm waiting for them to ship me my replacement. They were really nice about it, since it was a step up and I've already waited like 2 weeks sending cards back and forth, so EVGA is cross shipping me the replacement 6800GS, with a prepaid shipping label for the broken card.

Anyways, the pics.

Inside the PC

All stock cooling for now, I haven't decided whether to get good air cooling or a good water cooling system for my CPU. Don't worry, it's all gunna get overclocked soon.

AMD64 X2 3800+ (2x2000)
MSI K8NGM2-FID (nForce 6150 mATX)
2x512MB GSkill PC3200
Seasonic S12-330
Lite-On DVD-RW
Samsung Spinpoint 250GB SATA
TT 'Silent K8' HSF

I would post pictures, but this thing changes cases more often than most people reboot. Today it's in an ironically oversized full tower Super Flower case, which has 5 CD-ROM, 3 floppy, and four hard drive bays, along with provision for four case fans, and a full ATX board, with room to spare. I'm using about 2/3 of the motherboard area and two CD-ROM bays (hard drive mounted on spacers to go in a 5" bay)
Yesterday it was in a tiny Dell mATX case that didn't have enough room for the power supply to fit inside, so I put it outside the case, on the shelf that it was on at the time.
About a week ago it was on a mATX mobo tray that was ripped out of an old generic Celeron 300 machine.

It was pretty good back then, I sorta gave up on it after everything becomes outdated after 3 months of owning it.
