After getting my UE-11, I've realized I need to upgrade my Tomahawk. I've heard what the UE-11 can do out of my Singlepower, and now I need a (trans)portable solution that makes them sing. I know people have stated opinions on this elsewhere, but I thought I'd make a dedicated thread for best amp for the UE-11.

Lots of people have recommended the Lisa III, which I've been craving, but it has some flaws:
1. Transportable, not really portable
2. No silent background with UE-11 (due to UE-11 low impedance)
3. Not currently available

It occurs to me there may be a market for a new portable amp that is voiced to the UE-11 and has a dead silent background. My tomahawk, which works well with my UE-10, has too much bass with my UE-11.

Another non-available amp is the PRII, my favorite, although I have not heard a LISA.

My second favorite was the SR-71 and you can still buy one of these!

The Tomahawk was just okay and I didn't like the Move at all.

I would check out the LaRocco PRII mk2.
One of the highest regarded portable amplifiers out there.
