I've got one and my helper really likes the one I gave her. You want to go for an area with muscles like the leg, hips, etc. as it will cramp them up.

This one is a Vipertek with 600 billion volts and has a disable pin so if they get it away from you they can't use it on you. It's $27.98 and the 40,000,000 volt is $20
