Trading my Sony MDR-Z1R for an Abyss AB-1266 was a pretty sweet deal. Ended up trading those for an Audeze LCD-3 and Denon D7200 plus cash, so I still came out well ahead.

A wonky Sony ECR-500 set for $200. Turns out the only issue with it was an oxidized connector. Stax Lambda Signature for $270. Also got Denon AH-D2000's for $55 once.

Hyland Audio Jupiter One, like new, with an extra balanced cable and two sets of spare pads (so like $100, $150 of extra stuff) for $350 shipped. They're 400 GBP new, plus shipping and import fees. Bought blind just based off a couple reviews, and they're easily in my top three favorite headphones.

Thanks to the fickle nature of our audiophile tendencies there’s a lot of hifi being sold at 40-60% off all the time.

I’ve bought some $2k plus item for $900 then sold them here for lower.
Plus I’m positive that I’ve payed more than the seller paid on some my purchases picked up here but still got a good deal.

So far tho was my Sundara for $199.
The guy who got it for 50 bucks less is a lucky duck.

• TDK BA200 - $16 at Ross. Pretty good iems. Ended up selling to Amazon for $150 about 5 years after getting them
• Hifiman RE262 - $100 - My first solid IEMs. Were my go to for about 4 years. Still have them, but don't use them anymore. Not sure what to do with them!
  
  The other best deals have actually been for current gear:
• Etymotic ER4XR - $140 - great price for performance.
• Cowon Plenue 2 - $300 - wow this DAP is amazing! JetEffect is amazing EQ system and fast/easy to use.
• Focal Elegia - $400 - Needed a closed back for work and decided to splurge. Holy $%#$. These are amazing. I'd say even better than my HD6XX which I didn't think was possible for a closed back running off a DAP.

The price varied from $12-25 depending on the store. Wish I had found another couple of boxes, would have gobbled them up!

I only sold mine because of how much Amazon would pay for a trade in.
