I had to look up alliteration to see what it meant. Interesting word and background. Thanks for making me smarter CrystalT

Listening station next to my recliner.  It's not pretty but I like it.  My wife complained, asking "Is that really going to sit there?"  I said yes and she just walked away shaking her head.  She just doesn't get it.  I keep trying to get her to sit down and listen to some music through this.  She absolutely refuses.  Personally I think she's afraid that she'll actually like what she hears.

Here's my current bed-side rig. Had it for a while now, but a couple of months ago I added the i-Can which compliments this setup nicely.

Slim Devices Squeezebox -> Co-ax -> ARCAM rDAC -> Little Dot MKIII (Mullard M8100 Tubes) as a Pre-amp -> iFi i-Can ->750hm resister adapter -> AKG K3003. Also use HE500's with this setup, sounds supreme.

All this kit is plugged into a remote control power-strip so one click switches it all off and on, much easier when you need to fall asleep and don't want to switch off a ton of stuff individually.

Here's a pic of my office system. Most of the time I use speakers, but my Etymotic ER-4p set is in the pic too. Stack is all Parasound Zcustom equipment, including the kick butt Z dac. Universal Remote (now URC) control and iPod dock. iPod classic 160gb.

I just ordered a Ray Samuels SR-71 amp and custom mold plugs to take my portable Ety use to the next level as well.

Ignore the printer off to the side. Sorry for the lower quality iPod pic.
