ive just reciently bought a pair of HD650s and a pair of ATH-A900 and i was wondering if you could suggest a good amp and DAC (portible) that i can use with at least the 650s.
 
be using it mostly for Laptops and my MP3 players. budget for both is around $300 - $400

P.s one a side note i have also just gotten a X-Fi Tit HD and am wondering about the swappable omps, how do i go about getting some to test or do you have any recommendations on a good set for mostly hardcore gaming?

I am currently using the uDAC2 and while it's doing a great job with my Senn HD580s out of my PC and laptop, opinion on this board (and my own ears) tells me a more powerful DAC/amp is necessary. The one that has come up the most frequently is the iBasso D6 which retails around the $300 mark. I haven't heard it but if it's significantly better than the uDAC then it is going to be very good indeed.
