a friend and i were having a living room shuffle, portas half balanced on the armrest of a chair, push comes to shove and my ass drops down on the L side. plastic piece connecting the phone and headband shattered to pieces, unrepairable, probably.

lifetime warranty still in effect? if so what kind of info do i need to provide? i can print out my amazon receipt but i am vacationing in canada for the next month.

i'm confused though as it says if purchased outside the us contact your local koss dealer. i'm from the states and purchased them through amazon but am going to be in canada for a while longer. would i ship them to WI and still have replacements shipped to the address i'm at in canada?
