As some of you may remember, I was a damned headamp Head-fier.

My curse has ended this morning. My savior has come : his name is Portaphile V2^2 Maxed Out ! He's black, and his creator is Cesar !
For people who don't know my story : I had 3 amps including Portaphile, the difference is this is my First ! Working amp ! out of the box !

Champagne !!

I'll leave a lil'review with my DT990 and Ultrasone HFI-650 curl from Meier that I ordered for my father, headphones which suprised me ! I'll do it as soon as the amp will be burned in. However, it sounds like heaven just right out of the box, all fresh !

Yes, it's true. With a dt990, I needed an amp. Now I feel I'm okay for sometime.
I'm about to get a new cdplayer for my speaker system and I'm looking for a Original CD-2008 MKII. Have to save some money now !...
But I'm happy anyway !!

be great to hear your impressions of the new portaphile with the ultrasones since that's what i've been using

these blackgates take a *long* while to burn in, but so far i've really enjoyed how they work together
