Just wondering, does anybody know of any portable device that connects between a pair of cans to a sound device that can shape the sound coming into the headphones (in the frequency domain). Pretty much like a portable equalizer.

I think Koss sells one, I saw it mentioned somewhere a while ago.

Koss does make a little equalizer (eq50). However, it doesn't provide enough options (frequency levels) to really give you a nice frequency shape. If only they had an equalizer that lets you upload preset shapes from your computer
