Hi guys. I am looking to move on from Onkyo DP-X1 and am looking for an endgame portable setup. I have the Chord Mojo 2. What recommendations would you make for:

DAP (to output to Mojo 2) - Cayin N3Pro?
Headphone amp: Cayin C9 (is this even needed?)
Headphones - Beyerdynamic T1/Focal Stellia/ZMF Verite Closed back

The Mojo 2 is very good for the money but it isn't end game. For the headphones you mention, you need to set your sights on a Hugo 2 (and forget the Cayin).

As for a transport, I use a Cowon Plenue R2 for optical output to the Hugo 2.

+1 on the Hugo 2. Those headphones would benefit from the extra space/dimensionality that the Hugo 2 provides over the Mojo 2.
