My deal on the ATH-ESW9 fell through as they were fake(copper wire).
I've decided to get a penguin amp(still looking on forums for one w/ bass boost).
Determining if I should still look into ATH-ESW9's, 701's, dt770's, hd 580's, or hd 650's. I prefer detachable cables as I am pretty ruff on them but its not a requirement.
This is for my portable mull around nyc transit in the morning and listen to at work set up.
Range of music is huge(Classical(orchestra), J-Pop, DNB, Rock, Hip Hop, Neo Soul, Spanish(Bachata), Brazillian pop just to name a few)
Any help and insight you guys can provide would be appreciated.
