Hey Head-fi,
I recently purchased V-Moda M-80s as my portable can when going to and from school. And I really love them. They sound awesome and in that regard, I couldn't be happier. The only problem is the isolation. I take the subway in NYC every day to school so it gets noisy sometimes. The M-80s just don't provide the necessary isolation sadly. So I'm heavily considering returning them thanks to V-Moda's amazing 60 day trial period. But that leaves me with no headphones! So my question is, where to go from there? I loved the portability of the M-80s. They were light, small and extremely durable. I don't want to have to baby them. I was looking at the Sennheiser HD-25-1 ii. I hear these isolate well and are good for metal(which I mostly listen to). So thoughts on where I should go from here?
