(My 2nd post has some headphone I was looking at, how good are they work workout?)
I'm looking for decent headphones for riding the bus that could also be used for working out. I usually just jog and do little lifting here and there. It should look decent too I guess, I don't want it to look out of the loop/showy or anything like that, something "normal" looking I guess. Comfort and sound is also important but with my budget, I know I have to give up some stuff.

I listen to Trance, Dubstep, and Pop/Punk/Rock/Alternative Rock (Basically Paramore type music).

Thanks for reading my post :)

(Maybe an mp3 player also <50$ -- was just thinking about it because my phone is so bulky) ---- Sandisk Sansa Clip+ 2gb + 16gb microsd is chosen :DD

The Koss Portapro ($30ish) or the Koss KSC75 (less than $20) are good choices for that purpose IMO. There's also the Koss Sportapro which is basically the Portapro drivers in a behind-the-neck headband.

Sportapro is good for working out, particularly for things like jogging where you need to be able to hear ambient noises.  Not everyone likes the 'dual action' band (can be worn over the head, or behind the head) but I've used it both ways and appreciate the versatility.  And ... reasonably cheap so not too heartbreaking if beaten up.

However, it's not so good for the bus -- no isolation at all, and lots of leakage.  But within your budget, you could then go after a <$35 pair of IEMs too.

For a sub 50$ MP3 player check out the Sandisk Sansa Clip+.  I just picked one up myself last week to use at the gym in place of my iPod touch since it was too bulky and a pain to switch songs with.  So far I gotta say its great, easy to use buttons without having to slow down and look at a screen.

The Clip+ is one if not the best piece of audio gear you'll buy. No regrets!

The Clip+ is excellent. A 2GB Clip+ is only $30. Add a $15  16Gb micro SDHC card, and you have a great 18GB player for $45.
As for a cheap decent IEM, the $8 JVC Riptidz sounds quite good for the price. It is listed as sweat and water resistant. It doesn't isolate that well though. For great isolation, the $60 Etymotic MC5 is recommended.

Wow that's one awesome mp3 player, can't believe I haven't seen it before. Extremely small, microSD expandable (16gb only 10$), and has a clip.

Still looking for a good pair of headphones tho! Thank you guys so far :)

I was actually looking at these 3, What do you guys think? I'm not sure how well they stay on your head...

The $13 JVC HAS160 "Flats" sounds quite good for the price. It is very compact.
