Any advice for a "tube/warm sounding" portable solid state headphone amp? My price range is from $100-$200. It doesn't matter if it had a DAC.

Minibox-ES/E+ is warm and transparent with plenty of detail. It is quite powerful, too, and will do well with your headphones, even adequately with HD600, but it's noise floor will not be low enough for your SE535.
