Hi all,
noob at amps here...
I've been using a dedicated DAC for music listening thru my mac. This plugs in with my Aego M (active 2.1 speakers)
I'm thinking of getting a portable headphone amp with my coming custom IEMs, but i've read some ppl using headphone amps with DAC with their com when they're home as well.
In this case, would anything happen if I bought one of these headphone amp + DAC and used it in place of my dedicated DAC? Would the amp pose a problem for the active speakers since they're already amped?
I'm assuming also that I'd have to get rid of my rca-rca interconnects and use a rca-3.5mm interconnect instead...
